Allan Bousquet arrested

Police say they arrested Allan Bousquet, of 183 Landing Road, Hampton, N.H., around 6:20 p.m. and charged him with four counts of unlawful possession of drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia. According to police, Bousquet was stopped for a traffic violation, and cocaine and other controlled drugs were discovered in his vehicle.York Police Sgt. Gary Finley said Bousquet and his two passengers were stopped shortly after leaving the home of William A. Bayliss of York Street in York, who was arrested at 7:12 p.m. based on a warrant out of Rockingham County in New Hampshire, which alleged he was a fugitive.Bousquet was arrested and transported to York County Jail, while his two passengers were briefly detained and then released. The four drug charges against Bousquet alleged that he was found with OxyContin, cocaine, methadone, and the prescription drug Xanax.York Police and Maine State Police were involved in investigating Bousquet's case. Finley said Bousquet was arraigned Wednesday, July 9 but he did not have results of the arraignment available. Police alleged Bayliss was a fugitive from justice and had probation violations in New Hampshire.

Bayliss was also charged with possession of cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia by York police after the arrest. He was transported to York County Jail and was arraigned Wednesday as a fugitive.
